ESOP
An ESOP is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and it’s more than a benefit: it’s a key part of our culture. As employee-owners, we have a direct stake in the success of Pegasus and PBI-Gordon Companies, Inc.
All regular employees earn shares in the company. Pegasus and PBI-Gordon Companies, Inc. are 100% employee-owned. Our shares have consistently outperformed many of the highest rated publicly traded stocks, but our shares are not publicly traded. We’re the only people who own them, and they add up, offering significant rewards in retirement. Employees are partially vested after two years with the company, and fully vested after six years.
